Wellbeing

A social-emotional learning curriculum that runs every day, not once a term

Self-esteem, thoughts and beliefs, emotional regulation and executive function — delivered as short workbook-style exercises learners actually complete, with a daily check-in that feeds back into their lessons.

Daily wellbeing check-in

A thirty-second check-in that adjusts the day's workload and gives coaches an early signal when something is off.

Workbook exercises, digitised

Guided exercises on self-esteem, unhelpful thoughts, worries and confidence, completed in-app with XP and a saved record.

Regulation before content

Movement breaks, a head-clearing tool and calming routines are available inside any lesson, not on a separate page.

Executive function coaching

Eight modules on attention, planning, task initiation and emotional regulation for ADHD and neurodivergent learners.

Why SEL usually fails and what we changed

Most SEL programmes are a separate lesson slot that gets cut when the timetable is tight. Neuranova puts the wellbeing layer inside the daily flow: the check-in happens before lessons, regulation tools sit inside lessons, and reflection closes the lesson.

  • Two minutes a day beats forty minutes a term
  • Adults see patterns over weeks, not isolated incidents
  • Learners keep their own workbook record they can revisit
  • Language is age-banded for Primary, Middle and Upper

For learners and for the adults around them

The modules exist in a learner version and a caretaker version. Guardians and coaches get the same topic with guidance on how to hold the conversation, so the work continues outside the platform.

Neurodivergence-aware by default

The programme assumes ADHD, autistic, dyslexic and twice-exceptional learners are in the room. Colour-supported reading, visual maths, adjustable session length and sensory-aware pacing are standard.
